About Cloud Audio
The Cloud Audio service offered by Brands Are Live is a powerful tool for broadcasters. It integrates seamlessly with the Dashboard, the central solution for managing all user portals such as new generation Apps and the web-based Play Center. With Cloud Audio, broadcasters can easily create and manage a wide range of audio content fully cloud-based from every device, including podcasts, interactive playlists, personalized radio and additional livestreams. The service also comes with a cloud-based library that automatically stores every audio track the radio station owns, making it easy to access and manage audio content. Through the use of AI, Cloud Audio adds a lot of metadata to the audio content, including descriptive metadata, content description and label data. This helps to personalize audio and understand user behavior and taste. The result is the ability to create content quickly and efficiently, through automations that take advantage of the rich data generated by the Cloud Audio service. (This product is only available in combination with an Amazon AWS account.)
